With decades of experience resolving complex property claims, we developed our understanding of the effect on post-claim customer retention and mid-claim settlement cycles that relate to this unproductive but accepted reality. As avid designers of electronic solutions for our own and others' claims service companies, we designed SetOnce™ to remedy overwhelming settlement confusion and its resulting lack of transparency. This particular design is specific to multi-line property claims, but the underlying method of RPA-based historical versioning from subject-specific preparations will ultimately accelerate the claims process for claimants, staff and other authorized stakeholders with any line of business.
