SetOnce™ is an integrated solution to a problem that all claims professionals and the customers we serve repeatedly experience: 

No one can find and connect anything in large or complex property claims with any kind of reasonable speed or efficient, logical connection. 

This remains an accepted drag on both staff productivity and customers' participation in their claims.

With 30 years handling and training others to handle large and complex property losses, I developed my understanding of the effect on post-claim customer retention and mid-claim settlement cycles that relate to this unproductive but accepted reality. As an avid designer of electronic solutions for my own and others' claims service companies, I designed SetOnce™ to remedy overwhelming settlement confusion and its resulting lack of transparency. This particular design is specific to multi-line property claims, but the underlying method of RPA-based historical versioning from subject-specific preparations will ultimately accelerate the claims process for claimants, staff and other authorized stakeholders with any line of business.
